IDQA CLUSTER

▪ Assist member school/s in their QA activity/ies by sharing best practices, conducting IQA audits, etc.(up to June 2025) ▪ Sharing updates on ISO 21001:2018 (up to June 2025) ▪ Management of a Facebook Account for the CICM-PSN▪ Conduct  of a joint training on:  – Risk and Opportunities Management to be participated by at least five (5) process owners per school (top, core, and support)  – QMS Data Management ▪ Compilation of the CICM-PSN required documentation and reports▪ Exploration/engagement in various awards and recognitions provided by reputable award-giving bodies. MISSION AND IDENTITY CLUSTER

▪ Attendance of 40% of regular CFE and CLVE faculty members to at least 1 seminar/workshop in a semester ▪ Attendance to a Professional Learning Community Session▪ Implementation of the CICM Campus Mission Volunteers Formation Program   a. Online meeting to discuss the existing CICM Campus Mission Volunteers (CCMV)  b.  Synchronization of the objectives of the CCMV c.
