MISSION AND IDENTITY CLUSTER

▪ Attendance of 40% of regular CFE and CLVE faculty members to at least 1 seminar/workshop in a semester
▪ Attendance to a Professional Learning Community Session
▪ Implementation of the CICM Campus Mission Volunteers Formation Program  
a. Online meeting to discuss the existing CICM Campus Mission Volunteers (CCMV)
  b.  Synchronization of the objectives of the CCMV
c. Crafting of formation program aligned with each CCMV objective
▪ Review and implementation of all identified organizational development (OD) programs  
– Presentation of the structure for approval
▪ Implementation of the CICM Christian Formation Manual 
  a. change the term manual into guideline
  b. the created manual will be presented before the PSN for approval  
c. the CICM Christian Formation Guideline will be implemented
▪ Increase mission fund ▪ Have at least 10 recipients of the mission fund
▪ Formulation of a policy on the utilization of mission fund
▪ Crafting of formation programs for CFE and CLVE faculty by the MST
▪ Provision of formation program to teachers
