ACTIVITIES

▪ Inventory of OBE Best Practices 
▪ Propose the adoption of the following criteria for experts (With doctorate, at least one ISI/Scopus publication within the last 5 years, and with 93% faculty evaluation)
▪ Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Functional PLC
▪ Online Meeting for the review of the CICM graduate attributes and integration of these in the OBE manuals of the CICM schools
▪ Sharing of Best Practices in SLP
▪ Review and implementation of all identified Organizational Development (OD) programs 
▪ Establishment of One Basic Education Organizational Structure
▪ Review and updating of OBE Manual of CICM schools
▪ Benchmarking with CICM sister schools (SMU and SLC) and forging of partnership with Laudato Si International Movement
▪ Implementation of the MATATAG Curriculum in Kinder, Grades 1, 4 and 7
▪ Sharing of Innovative Programs (Niche Programs)
▪ Integration of Research Concepts and Skills (in-place)  
– ES – already integrated in their Science lessons (conduct of Science laboratory/experimental activities)  
– JHS – investigatory projects, with enhancement of research skills in other subject areas like English, Math, TLE/ICT  
– SHS – as a regular subject offering
▪ Exploration of the QS Ranking (for CICM Schools other than SLU)
▪ Exploration of consortium arrangements for the offering of graduate programs to qualify the faculty
▪ Attendance to capacity – building training programs for the MATATAG Curriculum
▪ Selection of reputable companies to provide relevant learning resources
▪ International benchmarking activity with reputable basic education schools
▪ Identification of Niche Internationalized Programs and Session on Niche Programs
▪ Updating of the PSN Directory of Experts  
▪ Sharing of at least three experts among the CICM schools (up to July 2025)
▪ Reporting of Accomplishments on Faculty and Student Mobility
▪ Reporting on International Program Accreditation per school
