▪ Review of existing policy on CICM School’s annual share of .5% of total tuition fees collection to CICM’s ‘ad extra work’
▪ Communicate to the CICM Provincial the arrangements on the ‘ad extra fund’
▪ Formulation of a policy on the giving of scholarship discount for enrolled graduate school students who are employees from CICM schools
▪ Formulation of a policy on the management of the CICM Schools Mission Fund
▪ Adoption of the policy on scholarship discount (50% sending school and 50% from the receiving school) for the enrolment of CICM schools’ employees in other CICM schools 
▪ Establishment of a CICM Mission Fund Committee
▪ Publication of an advisory in the Nova et Vetera newsletter the guideline on requests related to the use of the CICM ‘ad extra fund’
